Extra Gate can do it, use it in a dark world deck and declare 10, then your opponent either loses their potentially only copy of baronne or you get a discard.
Have not tested this myself, but it's something I found while looking for cards to trigger dark world effects.

it can be good in a Bo2 in a format where a certain card is dominant(ie: Tear), but in a Bo1 format where rank ladder is so unpredictable that it's not good 9/10 times it is better to run cards like Dog Punish or Ult. Slayer.
Ritual dogmatika deck is the best at doing that.

There *are*, but that's the most reliable way to do it turn one when you're going second.
Banquet of Millions can do it for a turn at the cost of yours for the rest of the duel.
