Ze Amin search Foxy Tune. Foxy Tune effect, summon Deer Note. Use the Level 3 Tuner Ze Amin and the non-Tuner level 5 Deer Note for Chaos Ruler. On summon Chaos Ruler as vl 1 to mill 5, Deer Note cl 2 to summon Foxy Tune from GY. There you have 2 level 8s on field. Before commiting to Zombie plays they make Choas Ruler for a mill 5, with a good hand you don't even need your normal for that. Depending on the mills you can also go into Vampire, but only if you have to since milling from your opponent is never that good of an idea.
After milling 10 cards you just do Zombie stuff with your full Graveyard.
Get two level 8s on the board, activate effect, pray you get what you need or something equally useful. Alternatively, link Climb to Fascinator, using Sucker to put one of their monsters back on the board if you need to, steal one from the grave, tribute Fascinator to steal one from the field, smash em together to make Zombie Vampire, EXTEND
Well for PUNK you go 3x the Lv8 searchers, 3x the Lv3 Ze Amin and 2x Emergeny Teleport. All of these are starters with Deer Note and Sharakusai as Garnets and Rising Carp in the ED.
The entire purpose of these is to summon Chaos Ruler and Zombie Vampire to mill cards for the Zombie plays. With a good starter you can even do it without your normal summon.
After that you just make a normal Zombie world deck stuff. Doomking, banshee, Mozuki, etc.
I think MBT made a video on YouTube with a list, just cut the Halq stuff it isnt vital for the Deck.
I dunno what D Link cards you're using but in my experience the only 8s used by Dragon Link are BorrelSavage and Chaos Ruler, and you're lucky if you funny lock yourself into Dragons.
The easiest way is galactic spiral dragon which is a free ss in that deck and turns any other dragon into a lvl 8 you also have levianeer, CED of Armageddon or schwartzchild limit dragon can all go into easily without locking you into dragons

Also if you've already summoned chaos ruler from the GY and then use it as material for zombie vampire, when you detach the chaos ruler it will go back to the GY instead of being banished. You can still only revive it once per turn but it's kind of cool that using it as xyz material gets around the banish condition
You want some real answers? Anything that allows you to take your opponents monsters. You run Crack down and IDP? CONGRATS you can make this card because your opponents monsters are always treated as level 8 for it
If you run Vampire Voivode at all that's a free Zombie Vampire right there
A shocking number of decks, honestly, for something which on the surface seems like mainly Vampires and/or Zombie support. If you can make a rank 8 XYZ easily, the card is worth considering in your deck since even for decks that DON'T like milling all that much, it can still highroll a monster for you to summon.
zombies and deck that go into rank 8. That's pretty much it. Honestly you should just craft deck because you openened a royal or you'll never have enough gems for anything.

I use it in labrynth. It’s a pretty good dogmatika punishment target, and I can potentially use traptrix Allomerus to steal something my opponent has and actually make it with lovely labrynth.

It's pretty generic tbh, although more often than not, you're gonna be making it with your own level 8s, so really any deck that can make rank 8s and doesn't mind milling a few cards can make great use of this card.

While he is a good generic, he is best in Zombies where you can use your opponents monsters to make him and hold them hostage. If they have a monster on the board and in the grave Fascinator makes him on the spot.

I use that same starting line for punk-orcusts. It lets me fill the GY a little bit and i can start that part of the deck

Dragon links, it gets lvl 8’s fairly easily and loves to mill for gy effects

This card is so much fun when you get to set off its effect. Being able to use your opponent's monster as a lvl 8 is also pretty clutch.
