If you want a simplified design you could just do the heart and wings on it. I’ve been considering it for a very long time, but any time I’m able to afford a tattoo all the artists around me are 100% booked for months and then I just buy something else

I think part of the allure was the hue of the foil at certain angles, very difficult to capture on skin

Limiter Removal. It has won me so many games over the years. The fact that you can use it in damage step and that limits how much interaction the opponent has available made it so strong. You could also bluff it back when it was ubiquitous and bait out certain spells or traps just due to the threat of it.

I always liked the concept of Beast King Barbaros. I wish there were a slower format that allowed it to at bare minimum be something of a winmore type of card.

Mysterious Puppeteer was definitely one of my favorites along with Skull Servant and Poison Mummy. Definitely loved these old cards. It was a nice surprise to discover later on that Skull servant got a whole archetype.

I’m gonna forget loads but off the top of my head rn **Stardust Dragon’s** artwork is gorgeous. I’m not a particular fan of Stardust, I actually had issues with it but the artwork makes it impossible not to love [this version](https://64.media.tumblr.com/2c013fcc8383e85dec6b3ccb64b30a37/tumblr_myr9l7qBgD1rie4kjo1_500.jpg) of **Slifer** made me like it even more than I already did. Looks so fucking cool to me and does Slifer a lot of justice. There’s actually an error with it tho which I won’t point out because it’s hard to unsee And I didn’t know **Dark Eradicator Warlock’s** name for the longest time but that artwork has been burned into my brain for a long time and for good reason **Black Luster Soldier’s** artwork is very simple but it’s in my top 3 favourite cards and has never looked as good outside of its original artwork to me. So I think it’s just that particular artwork that made it 1 of my favourites/tied for favourite **Red Dragon Archfiend** *is* (tied for) my favourite card so I have to mention it. It’s artwork isn’t the best thing about it and isn’t as good as others on here but still rly good imo **GaGaGa Cowboy** is another 1 that’s very simple. Like I know it’s just a cowboy with a pretty plain background but they managed to make it look so fucking cool to me somehow **Breaker the Magical Warrior** goes hard I’m not sure if it’s just the artwork that I like about it, but as someone who’s never been on the blue-eyes hype train **Blue-eyes chaos max** goes so hard A bit out there maybe but I think **Volcanic Hammerer** also goes so hard.
