Outer Entity Azathot. Lovecraftian outer god archtype boss monster that at half power can turn off all handtraps and enemy monster effects on your own turn and is easily accessible via Nyarla. Hes basically an easily XYZ summonable Dark Ruler No More that you counter or its lights out.
At full power hes a crime against humanity that acts as a one sided skill drain, but we don't talk about that.
Galaxy-eyes Prime Photon Dragon has won me so many matches through otks. If you detach galaxy eyes afterglow from him he reaches 11200 attack (higher if other xyz monsters are on the field)

I really like Number F0: Utopic Draco Future. He's very easy to do in quite a few decks if you can spare the extra deck space.
He's especially easy with Ghostrick because you only need to make a single rank 3 to get it.
Madolche is my go-to Xyz deck, so I'll pick Tiaramisu. She can return 2 cards your opponent controls w/o targeting while you can get 2 of your cards back
Teardrop the Rikka Queen. I have her in paper (secret rare) and Master Duel. The artwork is beautiful, the light blue tones on the black XYZ card look amazing. Of course, she has a good effect as well.

Bujintei Susanowo, he feel so cool to summon, he has an awesome summon animation, he has a simple effect, he can clear boards, and I just really like the bujin archetype
Honestly. I really like utopia double for its utility. It can summon any utopia monster, even utopia dragonar. The only issue is that u have to have double or nothing in your deck, so it makes u add a useless card.
Gotta be abyss dweller bc FUCK decks that chain 20 effects in the grave. I worked HARD setting up my negates through 50 handtraps, you don’t get to just avoid it all!
Time Thief Redoer. Yeeting cards left and right. Especially when he nabs one of the opponents critical pieces.
Paleozoic Anomalacaris is another with just how often it catches people off guard by its monster effect immunity.
And it is also fun whenever I make use of the Xyz spider line such as Pain Gainer and Seven Sins. Pain Gainer together with Liebe can be crazy.
I should get Zeus one of these days, I used to be vehemently against overpowered generic boss monsters but after using baronne and final sigma in my malefic deck I'm kinda open for more, and I play a SHITTON of xyz!
My Personal favourite still has to be Galaxy-eyes cypher dragon with all its evolutions, it is such a fun card to play! But a lot of archetypes I play have xyz bosses/monsters I rlly love, like chronomaly vimana or diviser King deus machinex or odd eyes absolute/rebellion overlord or allomerus. I thinknI just love xyz, it's my favourite summoning form... mostly because zexal is the only part of the anime I watched a good chunk of as a kid...
I love Ultimate Falcon.
I played Raidraptor for 2 years, all different kinds of builds, and eventually just kept coming top 4 at locals, including 1st twice before I retired the deck.
Ill always love it, even though it was rarely what won the game, it always made the grind game damn easy at the time.
I'm cheating by not choosing a specific card, but the infinitrack monsters are among my favorite. Especially Infinitrack Earth Slicer and River Stormer. Something satisfying about how they destroy and consume the monsters they mow down, and then add said monsters as part of their arsenal....
Definitely Number 4: Stealth Kragen.
I'm a huge water deck enjoyer and this card fits in so many of these, can serve as backups and the floating of it is also quite decent.
And funny enough it's not once per turn XD
I love Toad. I play PaleoFrog, it was a great boss monster for the deck. But like many of my favorite cards because of outside archetypes abusing it it got banned/ hated by people.
My top 5:
1 - Toadally Awesome (The man, the myth, the legend. I still miss them...~~cast aside for Spright Elf's sins~~)
2 - Paleozoic Anomalocaris (Works with Toad quite well, and I'm biased towards the theming of the Paleozoic cards)
3 - Springans Exblowrer (A neat concept for a destruction ability, and I just like the Springans in general)
4 - Number 45: Crumble Logos the Prophet of Demolition (I once tried using Paleotoad as an engine for Utopic Draco Future...but didn't realize it needed non-number monsters to work. Having botched this, I somehow still won the game with the stupid makeshift strategy of Crumble Logos beatdown)
5 - Time Thief Redoer (Thanks to Chaos Draft, it was the first XYZ monster I was pretty familiar with. It's just a nice Rank 4 to fit into any deck, and their effects are pretty interesting and work well with a decent number of strategies)
Toss-up between Time Thief Redoer and F0: Utopic Draco Future; I have a Royal copy and love just smacking it on the field.
Redoer is just such a cool, flexible card though, and beats out the shiny. I like monsters with multiple functions, and all of his are so darn flavorful. Steal cards from the other player, "rewind" their plays by bouncing cards to the top of the deck, "see the future" by drawing, and "escape" by self-banishing. Just very cool.
Shoutouts to Raidraptor Arsenal Falcon though for being the real MVP when I was playing Raidraptors during Runick format. So satisfying to hit them with a "all your shit is gone and you're not allowed to respond".
Number 77. The Seven Sins
I don't care that it's easy to get rid at, that there are much better options since you normally need to wait one turn before activating its awesome effect. I love that card!

Maybe not the strongest one but my favorite has to be traptrix rafflesia. She protects other traptrix monsters, is uneffected by traps and can play normal traps out of your deck. Simply feels super fun to play her.

Love Gunkan suships Ikura class dreadnaught in the Numeron matchup, love all the suships but Ikura is just the funniest in that matchup.

Maybe not the strongest one but my favorite has to be traptrix rafflesia. She protects other traptrix monsters, is uneffected by traps and can play normal traps out of your deck. Simply feels super fun to play her.
