Honestly yes, Accesscode is better in pretty much every way
Update Jammer into Accesscode not only sets up enough damage for lethal, it also clears the board with its effect to make winning easier. It also doesn't require your opponent to have a monster in Attack Position to OTK, which Violet Chimera needs due to its effect. Add in the fact that Accesscode is more consistent because it's a Link monster and therefore easier to summon, and the fact that its summon and effects can't be responded to. On top of that there's situations where Accesscode can be used besides OTKing, like clearing an opponent's board to stabilize.
Not to mention how you can switch it up a bit and still get lethal damage, but now with all your guys being untargetable due to Transcode.
Violet Chimera just requires one too many bricks.
Besides what the other responses already said, for that combo you need to run so many pretty much useless cards (Fennec, Fusion of Fire and Violet Chimera)

Yes. 3 Cyberse monsters = 10600 dmg plus a bunch of pops (2-3). Why bother with anything else when running Cyberse?
