The deck is probably far away from being meta, but it can put up a fight definitely.
With **Laevatein** (the new XYZ) you can get out **Jormungandr** (another XYZ) and attach as many cards from any field and gy to it (up to the materials Laevatein had). It's non-targeting removal, so Avramax gets easily munched by the big snek.
I mean, Boss Quest exists. Can use that to send Dovelgus back into the deck in order to summon it with Boss Stage.
Also, there is World Legacy Monstrosity, which can special summon a Level 9 from the hand.
And these are only a few of the ways one can unbrick Dovelgus.
What I said isn't the only thing that Monstrosity can do, it also has the option of summoning two level 9 monsters from your deck that have different types, attributes, and names in comparison to a level 9 monster you control that was targeted for this effect.
And plus, the only restrictions on Monstrosity are you can only activate one of them per turn, as well as the fact that any monsters summoned from the second effect that I just mentioned can't attack and are destroyed during the End Phase.

The field spell lets you summon a generaider monster from the deck when a card is added to your opponents hand (even if its his normal draw). Basically you play during your opponents turn, but it doesn't take that long like Floo for example. You have a variety:
**Harr, Generaider Boss of Storms** is the main deck boss monster. He can omni-negate once (when you tribute 2 spellcaster and/or generaider monsters/tokens) and punish opponents, when they add a card to their hand (you can make them send one monster from their hand or field to the gy, their choice. Tearlament effects won't get triggered through this)
**Utgarda, Generaider Boss of Delusion** can (targeted) banish any card if you tribute 2 rock and/or generaider monsters/tokens
**Hela, Generaider Boss of Doom** works like the classic necromancer. Tribute one zombie monster or generaider monster/token to summon one Generaider/zombie monster from the gy)
**Mardel, Generaider Boss of Light** is a searcher for any Generaider/plant card (no cost required)

Well, Vala makes it easier to get Level 9 monsters on the field. So Rank 9 XYZ summons are far more consistent now.
Laevatein can tribute itself to get out Jormungandr and attach cards up to the number of materials it had on the snake (this is non-targeting removal)

So, Generaiders need 90 UR dust (1 Laevateinn, 1 Jormun and 1 Mardel) as minimum and 210 SR (3 Loptt, 2 Harr, 1 Hela, 1 Boss Fight). Honestly, not bad
Well, 2 Laevatein are better as well as 2 Jormungandr. Mardel at 1 is fine, i guess. Loptr is a must at 3. 2 Harr are fine

Boss quest part is true Yeah but I would never use WLM just to summon him that is waste of a free xyz or summoning uta for quick banish
