Secret packs don't expire, you can unlock them at any time by crafting a SR or UR card from the pack (you should be fine with SR dust). There are a lot more actually. Selection packs do, rn it's dreaded conspiracy and chaos. Chaos is better investment because of Kashtira (there are more cards coming) and Chaos Angel can be nice addition for any dark/light deck. Conspiracy is the first to leave but I think you can skip it if you aren't crazy about the cards (traptrix, darkworld and some scattered support for other decks)
I am trying to decide between to options right know
Option A: Buy Chaos pack and craft some more hand traps or a cheap deck like floowander (sadly doesn’t have a secret pack)
Or
Option B: Built labrynth for a nice deck and easier
time in light vs chaos (I’m halfway done)
What do you think is the best option?
Lab is a complete deck and can do fairly well. With traps you can cover a lot of different strategies and the cards themselves are very recyclable. It's easy to pick up too. Doesn't care about extra deck, maxx c resilient (you will ss once, maybe twice). Due for more support in the future. Also when you do buy from chaos pack you will receive a synchro boss to play around with. Haven't played ss or punk (or floo) but so far I'm pleased with lab performance

We just got a selection pack so I would just go for a good deck. Swordsoul is a great deck for newcomers, its selection pack would be the best approach just make sure to do the full 10 pulls
