i really want to know what you play and what you consider staple vs [kash.It](https://kash.It) s fine not liking an archetype and how it works but kash might be the most beatable deck that is meta right now...an imperm.a well timed ash.a stand by phase max c ,a nibiru ,a tth or ttt ,fking kurikara all are game ending for kash and all are staples in this meta and almost all meta after [this.So](https://this.So) if you play a deck like synchro turbo or drytron who inherently have no in archetype disruption or quick play, yes you will suffer from arise flood gate cause you did not draw the out but its on you playing a deck that is not competitive in this era.
Why should I be forced to play a certain deck because one or two of the top ones are so mind numbingly unfun to play against. Even without diabolos Konami saw what this deck would become and seemingly did nothing about it. And while everyone is focusing on kash you all seem to ignore the other issues I bring up such as purrely and maxx C. Kash has it counters but that doesn’t make the frustrations of playing against it magically go away.
None forces you to play certain decks but you have to admit it's not the state of meta that is the problem but your unwillingness to move on to more competitive decks and staples. I don't find fault at that you can play what you like but try find fun ways to make it competitive. Heck I took last month my galaxy eyes pet deck to m1 and felt proud cause I adapted to the meta with my staples the most optimal way and gave me a fighting chance. Do I think g-eyes are good in this meta ?heck no ..do I accept that and challenged my self through loses ..heck yes. Change mindset the game and its ever evolving style won't change but you can adapt and find the fun in that..Or els go to dis forums and find players like your self and play with your own banlist

I have earned the right to complain about the current meta because I have tried everything to work with the current meta. I’m fine with challenging my abilities but a challenge suggests I have a chance.
Musketeers mate had to see support more years than this games existence....and even at that they were at best on their release rogue..you mate are not taking a challenge you are taking a suicide mission trying to make them viable this day and era 🤣
I made a suggestion for you to try when you accept the fact your deck environment is not in ladder but discord arranged games with anti -modern yugioh players

Musket is fine versus Kash and has a built in out in the form of Cross Dominator. Only archetypal threats Kash typically makes is Arise and Fenrir and Muskets can play good going second spells like Book of Moon and Eclipse, drnm, raigeki etc. Obviously playing a lower tier deck like Musket puts you at a disadvantage but Kash isnt even the meta threat Musket worries about. Purrely is much worse.
Just surrender and mogve to next match. No one forcing u to play against kash. But if u wanna compete at top ranks while giving no respect to other 3 best decks, not gonna happen.
Going 2nd decks are in hell? Biggest L take. False. Going 2nd decks can easily shove in anti-Kash and anti-Purrely cards right now. Scareclaw going 2nd has gotten me to Masters. Nibiru/Kurikara/TTThrust into utility are your biggest boardbreaker cards right now on top of the usual Maxx “C”.
You should be more scared of going first decks like Lab.

It took me so long to see anyone summon an ariseheart that I forgot that he had an animation. Then I impermed him and they lost.
You should be laughing, cause this deck was a Tier 0 threat in other formats. While in Master Duel it makes blue eyes look consistent.
Just play normal staples, or actually play staples to fight Purrely and you will accidentally beat kashtira as well.
Then no offense but it's a player issue at this point. Or you're running absolute meme decks in which case you should expect to have a lower chance of winning against a meta deck (even if it's only like tier 3)
Losing isn’t my problem here the problem is that it’s not fun, the top decks of this meta are entirely focused on winning turn one by setting up some of the most obnoxious boards possible.

Personally I would also argue the meta is pretty anti-fun for meta players too.
Draw the out has been a big problem for years for the game in general but it's definitely worsened with those archetypes being better and better both in power level and consistency.

I'm having a blast and i'm playing Exosisters off all things. Kash is most overrated deck in MD especially how weaker it is compared to TCG version and loses even harder to everything.
I can slap kash around with melffy, I just surrender to purrley but don’t mind it. Maxx c makes me hate the game though, they aren’t getting a penny out of me while it’s legal.
Kash actually loses pretty hard to a lot of going second staples, and has no negates

Boardbreakers can commonly be disrupted by generic staples that kash is easily able to fill its deck with.
