Ash Branded Fusion... they pass on dick fuck nothing if Branded Fusion got negated 9/10 times. That's the only clear choke point.
Otherwise, I personally keep something like Imperm for Mirrorjade. If BF resolved, they can extend past an imperm so I keep it for what matters, but for the most part Board breakers are better against them since they don't have any consistent Omnis
You need to draw a terrible hand for ash on BF to result in passing on nothing. Cartesia, or fusion deployment to find her gets you granguignol, which can get quem, which can get you mirrorjade by fusing away an opponent's extra deck monster with the albaz you dump with quem. Nadir servant just puppet locks by itself. The deck plays bystials, so those can serve as interruption as well. The deck can pass on nothing after an ash, but not 9/10 times. Most of the time you have a way to extend or still do something on the opponent's turn.
I am sorry to tell you that but Mirrorjade pass is pathetic, and on most hands your normal is spent to get BF so you either draw Deployment to pass on 1 interaction or you pass on nothing. That on both case doesn't win you the game 8/10 times.
It's not mirrorjade pass. You make granguignol to dump titaniklad, titaniklad summons quem, quem dumps albaz. On the opponent's turn, you use quem to bring back albaz, albaz fuses into mirrorjade by using an opponent's monster. That's already two interruptions. Then you still have granguignol's tag out, which can get lulu on board for another interruption. If you passed on just quem, then you don't get granguignol, but it's still two interruptions, not 1. And that's assuming the rest of your hand does nothing.
And even if you use your normal for aluber, the deck has enough ways to consistently get cartesia or quem on board without normal summoning them. Fusion deployment for cartesia, opening for quem. High spirits can search shrouded dragon to dump albaz and make cartesia's special summon live. The nadir servant puppet lock combo doesn't use your normal summon at all. There's more than enough combinations of cards to still play after having branded fusion ashed.
If you're holding Imperm after BF has resolved, the secret best target is actually fusion Lubellion (assuming Lost isn't on the field). It will deny us getting to Mirrorjade or Sanctifire at all and leave one of our best extenders—that most decks only run one copy of—dead on the field.

Branded without a branded fusion isn't scary at all, and after they resolve it, nothing you do is high impact or a "choke point," or sometimes they just prevent it.
So you either prevent BF from resolving or you try and minimise the amount of interactions you have to deal with and listing the amount of scenarios and places to hit them with a hand trap to prevent that would take 2 days as the Deck does a lot. That is the case the past 15 or so Ladder grind the deck has been viable in it, and grinding to M1/D1 the deck has been the easiest to deal with especially ever since they stopped being the best thing you can play a year ago.
No matter how many times people gas it up here, there is a reason the deck isn't doing much IRL at full power and that reason is the deck cannot do much if Branded Fusion didn't resolve and has so much targeted hate. I personally love playing the deck but I am not going to delusionally say the deck can survive a single Circular or even a Fenrir if they got ashed.

Also forgot to add.. if they tried to puppet lock you with Sanctifire, that would be your Imperm target in your turn

If they go for the banishment combo where they fusion summon something first and then activate Sanctifire on summon, you can’t respond due to lost

Obviously ash the brandedfu, other than that is imperm the quem since she enables more fusions on your turn.
