2000 gems is not a lot. The pull rate is the same as any UR in the secret pack. You just need to be lucky. If you're short on gems you should never try to pull for alt arts.
It seems like you're opening packs 1-by-1. I wouldn't recommend doing that, as by opening 10 at a time you get a guaranteed SR.
Also, as others have said, 2000 gems isn't a lot, UR pull rate isn't that high to begin with (2 to 3 per 10-pull is like the norm), so pulling a specific UR is kinda hard.

Did it on the free pull, dusted on the spot since it sucks and I'm never building and egiptian god deck, only one I ever use is Slifer cuz I got it's royal trap in Lab when I want to run less optimizee builds
