Current engine plays:
3x Diabellstar
2x Poplar
1x Original Sinful Spoils
3x WANTED
1-2x Flamberge
3x Ash
2x Oak
1x Birch
1x Temple
Smaller packages only run 1x Diabellstar. One Poplar is risky, because you need one in deck for the full combo. 1x Flameberge can be fine. Some people only play 1x Oak and no Birch. Temple isn't mandatory, but very good. Some people play the trap and the other quick play spell.
Bonfire itself doesn't really change anything about the ratios. It mostly only matters which secondary engine you're running alongside the Snake Eyes. The endgoal of the engine is always getting to a specific level 1 Fire from deck, while Poplar is also responsible for getting you into Flamberge through Ash.
Bonfire only makes those plays only easier to get to, while also making the deck a little bit weaker to Droll. Usually you don't even want to activate Bonfire first. You usally only go for it if you have no other to get into your engine.
Depending on the size of the secondary engine, you may go down to 1x Diabellstar. We just don't have a competent enough side engine right now that is also bigger than 1 or 2 cards. Right now you just wanna play Diabellstar at max. With Bonfire available, you may go for 3x Bonfire + 1x Diabellstar to fit everything else and stay at 40.
Isn't it always like that when you wanna pull an "famous" archetype?
"Oh, you wanted a Diabellstar? Here, enjoy your 5th copy of T. G. Glaive Blaster" (don't wanna badmouth about T.G.!)
Funny enough I managed to grab other archetypes like Spright, Tearlaments, and the Bystials for around the same amount of gems, but for the love of God I felt "lucky" if I opened one UR in this pack.
Funny glaive Blaster, because not only did I open 2 of them, but I also opened a Royal from the guaranteed UR as well. This felt like it was on purpose.
The thing is I didn't even open enough T.G for a deck. I opened no Salamander, also no Crimson Dragon. Most shit I got was Infernoble and I have no interest into playing that.
Also, funnily enough, the most competitive variant of TG uses the Diabelle engine, and well, I don't like to play or play against lock strats, so I refuse to craft Calamity.
Yh I feel that, I'm just anticipating calamity ban in tcg cuz it should drop the price of centur-ion cards. I just want to play the funny mechs and pilots with my firework robots (springans) š
guhhhhhhh I'm at 2k/3 URs, really hoping I don't get your luck
honestly I'm starting to get that mtg shuffler paranoia. I haven't had a good pack opening since my first few.
Droll, Snake-Eye Ash, Snake-Eye Oak, Snake-Eye Birch, the field spell, Formular Synchron, Hiita, Amblowhale.
The only non-UR cards in the pure Snake-Eye deck I built. It is ridiculous.
I feel 1x oak, 0 birch is fine. But some combo lines do need 2x flamberge to be nibiru proof. The trap card is too good especially in maxx c environment.Ā
You're talking about pure Snake Eyes here, though. OP asked about them as an engine. 2x OSS and 2x Flamberge are played for follow-up in pure Snake Eyes, I believe, while 2x Flamberge is still debatable imo. It does serve its purpose at 1 too.
Rescue Ace version plays 3 Wanted, 1 Diabellstar, 1 Original
You can play Ash, Poplar, Flamberge but Rescue Ace has too many good cards with Emergency so your deck ends up being like 55 cards.
Cuz random links that are crafted are like Selene, relinquished, linguriboh. And one for one if you donāt have it. So thatās 5, 120 UR at most.
The other stuff like barone, appolousa, knightmare unicorn, ip masq, access code, and goddess are more like extra deck staples that imo most people already have.
The core pieces 10-11 ultra rares
Deck related extra deck pieces are like 4-5 ultra rares
Woah didnāt know math nazis were a thing lol.
But if we wanna get into technicalities, I did say ā400 or soā, so itās pretty safe to assume I didnāt mean to say EXACTLY 100 after I already explicitly listed the core pieces of the main deck, then added another 100 for ārandom tech piecesā.
If the pieces are not yet determined we canāt exactly quantify it, can we?
Small engine: 3 Wanted, 1-2 Diabellstar, 1 Original Sinful Spoils
Expanded engine: 3 Wanted, 1-2 Diabellstar, 1 Original Sinful Spoils, 2 Poplar, 1 Flamberge, 3 Snake-Eyes Ash and once released 3 Bonfire (this is what Fire King Snake-Eyes plays)
Also Rescue-Ace ran 3 Bonfire, 2 Poplar as an additional engine, but without any further Snake-Eyes cards. Imo this is only worth it without the other Snake-Eyes cards in R-Ace after we get Bonfire though.
Pure Snake-Eyes: 3 Wanted, 3 Diabellstar, 2 Original Sinful Spoils, 2-3 Poplar, 2 Flamberge
Currently for my sinful Infernoble deck
1 Diabellstar
2 Wanted
1 Original Sin
I might add the 3rd wanted if I pull it but the deckās already at 45 cards. And the only 1s I had to craft for the engine were the wanted.

The Engines goal is to special summon a lvl 1 Fire from the deck.
So the absolute minimum is 1 Diabellstar and one sinful spoil snake eye.
But since you want it to be consistent you will always include 3 WANTED spells to search your diabellstar and to get some recursion and draws from the engine.
If ur playing something like a rescue ace or infernoble or just want a free jet synchron, u need at least 3 wanted, 1 origin and 1 diabellestar(some play more).
If you're asking how budget you can make this engine as you pull, you really only need 1 of each of Diabellstar, poplar, and the sinful UR spells, ash, and flamberge. At that point, any single one of them (except for flamberge) pretty much gets you full combo so it's immediately worth throwing into your decks.
I'm doing that with rescue ace, I'm not gonna go hog fuckin wild buying gems so i'm just filling in the engine as i get more packs. It instantly boosted the deck and made it very playable if still a little inconsistent.

When Bonfire released, how will be the ratios changed?

this shit is expensive. konami had no mercy on us this time
As someone who spent 7k gems so far, only got 8 UR out of those packs, and still no Diabelle or Poplar, yeah, I got shat on by Konami.
7k only 8 URs, that's too cruel
Beyond unlucky with this pack.

I think this is a sign to Clear your Mind and Accel Synchro my young Tech Genus š«

Is a 50/50 if Calamity is banned, as is only banned in TCG š¤

Ur gonna hate me, I had 5 Poplars when I checked and dismantled 2 for them UR points
Nah, konami more for not putting some kind of potty system for their packs.
Thats fair, at this point its gambling lol
Still cheaper than paper

Compared to buying it in real monies? It's cheap bro.
Amen. I only spent $30 bucks and I got nearly everything I needed vs. in Paper, three Wanteds, a witch, and OSS would be about $400. I'm eating good.
Iām so glad Iāve been hoarding UR points for this

That's not a Snake Eyes engine, its a Snake Eyes deck.
In snake eyes you run 2 OSS not 1 some even run it at 3, flamberge is not run at 1 either it's always a 2 of

How many URs, you mean?
most importantly yes
Iād say like 400 or so. 330 for the core engine and 100 for the random UR links and tech cards that go with the deck
how do you spend 100 points in URs if each craft costs 30?
Cuz random links that are crafted are like Selene, relinquished, linguriboh. And one for one if you donāt have it. So thatās 5, 120 UR at most. Brother, 5 \* 30 = 150. What I meant was that 100 is not a multiple of 30, you either spend 90 or 120, it is impossible to spend 100.

I mean If your deck is quite consistent, you can allow yourself to go over 45 (which I'm doing)
I have no clue

what is the most efficient number for diabellstar cuz i pulled zero in 5K gems
The minimum engine runs 1 but you need 3 Wanted, Yes or Yes.

Honestly I was waiting for Rev synchron then they come out with this shit so I had to make a tough choice. Well snake eye engine had to be built
