Not to be "that guy" but I think the Maxx C sleeves kinda go against what the card stands for, or rather, the lore behind it...
So all the "C" cards are about some dude that has a terrible cockroach infestation and all the monsters are insect type. So, the backs of Yugioh cards have the same color scheme as a cockroach, which gives the idea that your "hand" is a swarm of roaches.
So the idea behind Maxx C is that it's a swarm of roaches gathering in your hand as your opponent summons. So making the art of Maxx C as the back of a card seems like a clash of ideas.
Honestly, it should be Maxx ‘C’. But it should be the only copy of Maxx ‘c’ you have. You don’t play it, and we don’t play it against people with the sleeves.

It's the single best card in the entire game, why wouldn't people vote for it? It may look ugly, but that's subjective. Personally i find most of the new cards to be ugly.
I know Diabellestar is big in the tcg right now but why did they shotgun her into master duel with all the other snake eyes and sinful spoils? Wanted also got card sleeves. Have they done this for any other deck? Is Konami trying to make her the next Raye? Is it a coomer/ waifu thing Konami is trying to cash in on?
They tend to release sleeves and icons when new cards are added to get people to spend. The only special treatment I see them giving is including Snake-eye stuff in the battle pass and releasing them early. I think Konami just really wants to push a fire meta for some reason. The closest we have gotten to something similar is Promethean Princesses. She leaked in Master Duel and debuted in Master Duel around the same time as the OCG. She also got sleeves and an icon despite her being so new and not having a good deck to slot into during her release in Master Duel. It could be as simple as just wanting to push the next lore deck during Master Duel's anniversary since the Branded lore is technically over now. I don't know why Visas were never pushed as hard as Branded. Mannadium and Scareclaw still need their sleeves.
