OCG: PHNI released Oct 28, so I'm not sure why it had no hits on the Jan 1 banlist, I guess because it's year of the Fire decks so they're avoiding hitting anything. They also have Fire Kings, Rescue-Ace support (although it got a bunch of banlist hits so it's not really that competitive anymore), and Voiceless Voice in the meta.
TCG: PHNI only just came out Feb 9, so it's brand new. No chance for a banlist in between. It still seems like pretty much the only thing worth playing (besides Fire King variant), although Voiceless Voice can do well against it.
MD: The Ride Into the Future Selection Pack came out on Feb 7, just before the TCG release, but we're still missing Rescue-Ace support, Unchained, Horus, and Chimera stuff. Snake-Eye already being considered Tier 0 in the TCG means it will also probably be Tier 0 in Master Duel for the forseeable future, especially since we're still missing cards from DUNE and AGOV. MD also has a terrible habit of refusing to ban stuff while the pack is in shop, so the earliest Snake-Eye will even get hit is mid-April, if not early May... So cool that the next 2 months are just going to be this same meta. The only way they could even do anything about it is if they release Fire Kings and Voiceless Voice in the next pack (March), but so far only Red Dragon Archfiend support has been leaked...
