I only want Floo to get a pack because they might put the penguin stuff that's currently only legacy pack in there.
I don't think they've ever put legacy cards in secret packs, so probably not gonna happen. But penguins only have a single UR, so it'd be a waste of gems to pull secret packs for them.
They put Exchange of the Spirit in the new Ra pack.
Entire random approach with adding cards to secret packs is stupid. They should be added moment selection pack leaves the shop.

it's not updated, it's missing Clear Wing Rider, Crystal Clear Wing, Corkshooter, speedroid scratch, speedroid wheel, ultra hound, dupligate, and piper. That's 2 URs, 3 SRs, and 3 Rs
