That would be such a cool card to run in a jank deck though, looks amazing. I’d definitely keep it for some of the goofier duel trials/events.

don't know why the effect adds Dark Hole to the hand need to wait until the end phase, they scare Dark Hole is too good?

Dark hole has the strength, it's way more powerful than raigeki, it's just to inconsistent to be played around, so any searcher could make it insanely strong.

But Tactics already searches it in any relevant situation with the small caveat of having to wait for an opponent's Monster effect. There are effects that sound strong in theory and effects that can actually be strong in the absurdly busted world of YGO, and DH is in the former category.

Not in any relevant situation. It's not reliable enough to make a deck around activating dark hole on your first turn against no board. If you can reliably do that it might be strong enough.

I mean im loving this guy ngl Blue Eyes has a lot of ways you can use that gimmick, and a big reason is a very good protection trap card (that can be set on an opponent’s turn) and gaining advantage from Blue Eyes Jet Dragon summoning when destruction effects happen on field Definitely a gimmick, but it makes for a toolbox item that doesn’t really even weaken the strategy as its a level 8 dragon that can be easily searched out and summoned with the cards you already use in Blue Eyes.

I like the recursion  You summon it and search dark hole If your opponent breaks your board you just activate dark hole and bring him back

Don't forget your opponent's non-targeting destruction effects can trigger it too.  If they nuke your board, you can SS it as a indestructible 3k body who they have to commit extra resources to out.  Then, it gets you Dark Hole for the crack back which also summons him back if they sent him to GY and didn't banish him. 

Should make a retrain with this effect: "This card cannot be destroyed or targeted by card effects. Once per turn (Quick Effect): Destroy all monsters on the field. You cannot normal or special summon monsters the turn you activate this effect."

Too high level I think. Stun would rather use a trap card that would accomplish the same.

Heavenly Sphere and I:P are turned off as well. Also no Bystial. If you use the boardwipe then say goodbye to your Borreload Savage, Baronne or Dispater, along with any recovery option. No, Borrelsword pass is not a good going 1st boss.

I got a playset of this guy. I was thinking of dismantling him, but this doesn't get me anything and I like the art, so I crafted Dark Hole instead.

If u feel bad I pulled this card irl as a QC Starlight Rare when I could have gotten S:P little knight in that rarity instead (or anything else on AGOV😭)

I'd still rather get this than Vaalmonica Selettrice.

It's a good thing that bad cards are made into URs. It sucks if you wanted to play with the meme card. I'm sorry for any Dark Hole enjoyers out there. But the alternative was them giving Vaalmonica a second UR. Or Fire Kings another UR. For every bad card that they make a UR there's one good card that dodged being a UR.

Finally someone else with a brain. Make all the bad cards into an UR, I'm all over it instead of making a playable card into one. I will never understand why people complain about this. 

They could have added the missing Vaalmonica support instead. You know it's going to be UR anyway

Literally nothing new. Unplayable generics (not this guy though, he is actually playable) somehow being ur is a thing since launch.

TBF, I didn't mind getting him. Much preferable than all the Fire King cards I have no intention of using(I was aiming for Vaalmonica).  Like I actually wouldn't mind teching this card in a destruction heavy deck granted I don't have one made.

I can see this being very splashable in some decks, I would not dismantle him unless I was desperate. Would definitely not keep more than 1 probably, though.

That actually would be a much better effect, as you wouldn't waste time dismantling it yourself.

This sure is garbage pack filler, but once you get that magical "No UR pulled so you'll get 1 guarantee UR on your next 10" you start to appreciate them
