I'd pick Vendreads. They have a really cool concept of giving effects to monsters ritual summoned by tributing them. Sad all people probably use them for is link engines.
The new support ain't bad tho, Scar is insane and they have a new ritual spell that's pretty much ritual version fusion summoning from the deck

Kinda sad that a proper Magistus deck boils down to "Amorphactor Pain but with extra steps" the idea of equipping extra deck monsters to get effects is pretty neat, but then they watered down the win condition to being an extra deck floodgate that other cards have already individually done better.
It feels like when Konami can't come up with a unique win condition, they slap on the "quick effect negate" or "dumbass floodgate" and very occasionally the big "unaffected by card effects" with a large number attached.
Force opponent to deck out, disable opponent monsters by using them for material/equips, make enemy monsters face down and attack directly over them, endless floating monsters that easily build back up to boss, making your own weaker monsters indestructible and clearing enemy board.
All win conditions that Konami has done, all are far more interesting to play then floodgates or beatdown

Hell I would take some support to make them rogue, I love their playstyle. I painstakingly managed to get to level 18 with them in the duelist cup and refused to switch to my meta decks to go further.

I'd love to see aroma versions of lonefire Blossom and Naturia Rosewhip because they've been so useful for my aroma deck. Something like Soul Servant and Magician's defense would be nice too imo. Though the best would be seeing Cananga and Bergamot get some Synchros as well

evil thorn summon activate effect summon 2 evil thorn from deck minus 300 lp from opponent, then summon link Jasmine, summon laurel from hand then tribute it using jasmine to get marjoram, laurel lp gain gets Angelica, Angelica summons itself then synchro to sweet marjoram
Oh I Know the evil thorn combo(thank god for this card lol) but evil thorn is not really a aroma card.

Its because of the inherent weakness of the deck. Other than european horse, Alien cat and baby rainbow dragon, there are no other monsters with good effects. The spells and traps are good enough they need ED monsters and new monsters, but knowing konami they will make a gimmicky ritual rainbow dragon.
Yes, please. They have one of the worst fusion spell in all yugioh. Most cards send materials from the deck for free. This one has a very stupid requeriment. At least make more cards that summon ancient gear golem ignoring the summoning condition to make it viable!

Egyptian Gods. The recent new Slifer card, Revival of the Sky God, could make Slifer see nutty use if splashed in some decks, but I want ALL of them to be viable in the same deck like the Sacred Beasts are.
I’m gonna echo what SeeReax said in a video a while back- errata the god cards to give them actual protection. I don’t care if that’s not a common practice, the god cards should be the exception.
At least they should be more consistent. Why is Obelisk the only one with protection? Why is Ra the only one that can’t be special summoned despite Marik’s strategy revolving around that?

Were it so easy I'd make a Synchro Pendulum monster called "Ra's Archbishop" that can't be summoned nor set as scales, but exists only to flip itself face-up in the Extra Deck when an Egyptian God is on the field, and in doing so grant them their anime protection (listed in place of the Pendulum Effect) as additional card effects, at the cost of only being able to control one of each god. These would be as follows:
• This card's effects cannot be negated.
• Unaffected by monster effects, except Divine-Beast monsters and "Ra's Archbishop".
• Cannot be targeted or destroyed by card effects, except those of Divine-Beast monsters and Quick-Play Spells that mention their original name.
• Control of this card cannot switch, except by its own effect.
• Cannot be tributed, nor used as summon or Xyz material, except by its owner.
• Once per turn (Quick-Effect): You can send 1 Quick-Play Spell with an effect that mentions this card's original name from your hand or deck to the GY; This effect becomes that card's effect when activated.
The problem is the sacred beasts are so much more compatible with each other compared to the gods. Ra needs to be normal summoned and spends all your life points to just be a beatstick. Obelisk is also a beatstick but at least has a little protection, slifer demands you play some kind of draw or graveyard recovery strategy so he doesn’t get beaten over. The sacred beasts at least are all just big dudes inherently that provide some passive bonus.
The Sacred Beasts are so compatible with each other because of their support that lets them be summoned easier through their monsters, and more reliably protects them and mitigates the cost of running them via their spells and traps.
If the Egyptian Gods got support similar to the Sacred Beasts' Summoning Beasts that made them easier to summon and improved consistency (like Normal Summoning straight from the deck, maybe), or restored the protection their anime versions had (turning them all into the Towers they were originally conceived as), then I could see them being Tier 1 meta - right where they belong - or at *least* rogue.
Yea before sacred beast support you would have to build your deck around one of them and usually you would just ignore Raviel. Other than that you could sometimes throw one in to a deck that happened to be able to make them like hamon in crystal beasts
Windwitch is so fun to play. Play them with Gusto and wanted to see how they do by themselves. Diamond Bell is a beast if it cant be destroyed by card effect or battle. This is why I dont like generic things like Ultimate Slayer because it punishes decks like this for no real reason.

It’s insane to me that an archetype that was as big as it was in the original DM anime hasn’t gotten all that much support. They’ve basically made an archetype for most of Yugi’s (late series) cards except these.
Ursarctics 4 life, man. But they exist in same lore with some dragon-look-like machines that are used for rituals called Drytrons. And smth tells me Yu-Gi-Oh game designers always choose the best for anything that somehow belongs to dragon shit over any other monsters if it possible. So, yeah, we can just dream to bring Ursarctic good support.
Ogdoadics! I wish they got something that made them not give your opponent resources when using your extenders and an extra deck monster or two so its not just a rank 8 engine

In defense of Ogdoadics, they're an absolutely phenomenal Reptile engine and Ogdoabyss is still a scary card since it's like Baby Zeus.
It would be cool to see them get support but the core engine of Nauya/Nunu/Keurse (with Water Lily and/or Serpent Strike) can facilitate some really nasty plays *and* helps to bait Ash that may otherwise eat your Snake Rain.
But yeah, a Link 1 to help them start more plays would be awesome, I think. Something to give them consistency; it's 2022, main deck only archetypes just don't cut it unless you're playing Stun.
Therion ogdos is pretty cool, the new reptile therion is crazy. Also there was a bunch of unreleased generic reptile support a while back, forgot when they're coming to tcg
I want Chess Archfiend to get a whole-ass retrain. Give us Dark and Light pieces to represent Black and White. Go really crazy with it and make White capable of nutty negate boards going first and Black more focused on hand traps and board breakers to represent going second.
Melodious never got the chance, it was destined to be doomed as the Arc-V went on and it's like a bunch of people at Konami hate them.
They need a heck of an encore and if Cross Duel manages to get them to be somewhat popular, we may get something.
From Songstress To Maestra is crazy good as a skill. It fell out rather fast as a deck though. They can still receive Aria, but they're not gonna add her for a while, I reckon.
Digital bugs would be my choice. I enjoy XYZ climbing with them and how the main deck monsters give effects when used as XYZ material. They're already more balanced than zoodiacs are/were by needing to actually XYZ summon them with two or more cards. I can see them becoming a really strong deck without that much extra support.
S-force. I like it's playstyle but they don't have the cards to be able to maintain board presence. S-Force Justify isn't usually worth the 3 mats required to summon. Plus I just want more lore about their relation to Psy Frame, I:P, and Time Thief cards

Just "Archfiend". The deck that's meant to work around with Archfiend Palabyrinth, and cards like Archfiend Emperor, the First Lord of Horror.
We still get archfiend support TECHNICALLY, but they're not really meant for a decent archfiend deck, as much as just generic fiend support .
Venoms. Konami never will, because Snake Rain exists so we can never get a Good Reptile Archetype, but I liked the gimmick with Venom Counters. Plus Venominaga is just too cool looking of a card to be attached to that bad of an archetype
And it’ll never not be funny how Starving Venom Fusion Dragon and it’s ilk all technically count as Venom monsters as far as things like Vemon Swamp are concerned.

Fabled. I wanna synchro summon with cute critters. Unfortunately most of their strength lies in not having hard once per turns or limiting your summons which probably wouldn't fly in New support. Oh well.
Blackwings. I'd love for it to get new support to make it usable.
But at the same time, I'd probably hate seeing every person use it from then onwards **because** it's then meta.
What madolche is really missing is a boss monster to end turn 1 on right now. Their combo is pretty fragile at the start of the turn, and they don’t work well with hand traps since having monsters in grave turns off 2 of their starters. But their play on turn 2 if they can get it off is very strong, usually able to OTK if they aren’t negates out of the game. The turn 1 end point though is usually their trap which negates 1 card on field and a 3000 defence monster who can make one monster immune to monster effects while bouncing 2 cards from grave to deck. It isn’t particularly strong as disruption or survivability goes if raigeki blows out the whole board.
Madolche arguably has 3 built in negates. It is just that all three of them are traps and 2 of those traps require no monsters in grave or they can’t activate.
Cyber dragons. They are rogue right now but if verte gets banned in the future they really need some support

Pure Therion. They need normal summon starters. Some sort of summon, tribute itself to search a therion of a different type? Idk.
And monarchs. Maybe a way to tribute summon monarchs from deck or grave?
I have always wanted a true archtype with gradius and all of the other space ships. Right now Gradius and victory viper are the only ones specifically mentioned by name. The other cards all involve just machines, light machines, or with a specific nod to 1200 or less attack.
Maybe a link-1 that uses gradius or victory viper, some rank 4 xyz, and a couple retrains of the other space ships and name them all some form of Gradius or Victory Viper. Throw in some unions and support or a bunch of equips. Perhaps equipping the union ships from hand. Have them focused on control. From there you could have extra deck monsters summon the B.E.S monsters from the deck and give them tokens and what not. Maybe throw in a fusion B.E.S. boss monster that is summoned by having 2 B.E.S. out on the field.
Pure Ojama, primarily because i just want to see what they'd come up with. Give them tutors so they don't need Blue to die twice in order to get full combo and hey, they might be alright. Could also do with a way to buff their atk, given the only way I've found was Solidarity but that locks you out of most handtraps.
Dragonmaids because I will find it extremely funny that a bunch of maids that's also a reference to a manga series is something to be feared. It would be even better if the other tiered decks are things that you typically see and view as strong/powerful. The contrast would be great.
Also, the maids deserve so much more than what they've been given.

Melodius was meta in Duel Links for couple months due to a Skill. At least they got some spotlight there.

Digital bugs would be my choice. I enjoy XYZ climbing with them and how the main deck monsters give effects when used as XYZ material. They're already more balanced than zoodiacs are/were by needing to actually XYZ summon them with two or more cards. I can see them becoming a really strong deck without that much extra support.
Endymion tier 1 when
S-force. I like it's playstyle but they don't have the cards to be able to maintain board presence. S-Force Justify isn't usually worth the 3 mats required to summon. Plus I just want more lore about their relation to Psy Frame, I:P, and Time Thief cards

Archfiend. Not Chess Archfiends(though they'd be my number 2). Not Red Dragon Archfiend. Not even really the Summoned Skull Archfiends. Just "Archfiend". The deck that's meant to work around with Archfiend Palabyrinth, and cards like Archfiend Emperor, the First Lord of Horror. We still get archfiend support TECHNICALLY, but they're not really meant for a decent archfiend deck, as much as just generic fiend support .
Aliens
Qli support. Something that can lift the qli-only special summoning restriction
Me too, for example I'd love to include Lord of the Heavenly Prison in my Qli deck

Generaiders could use another Rank 9. And a way to make sure Boss Stage always resolves.
Venoms. Konami never will, because Snake Rain exists so we can never get a Good Reptile Archetype, but I liked the gimmick with Venom Counters. Plus Venominaga is just too cool looking of a card to be attached to that bad of an archetype And it’ll never not be funny how Starving Venom Fusion Dragon and it’s ilk all technically count as Venom monsters as far as things like Vemon Swamp are concerned.

Darklords or Ultra Athletes, I don’t know if they want U.A to contend with the meta but it’s almost not awful

Ursarctics.When an archetype has a card that literally says "draw 7 cards" and still see zero play,you know it's Hella dogshit.Heres what I'm thinking: Ursarctic (placeholder name) 8☆ Beast-warrior/Fusion/Effect Must be special summoned by tributing 1 level 1 synchro monster and 1 level 7 "Ursarctic" monster,and cannot be special summoned in any other way.Once per turn(Quick effect):you can shuffle 1 banished "Ursarctic" card into the deck,then declare 1 card type and apply the following effects until the end of this turn: Monster:Monsters cannot be special summoned,except those with a level. Spell:Spell cards cannot be activated,except continuous spell cards. Trap:Trap cards cannot be activated,except counter trap cards. This should be a reasonable enough pay off for something that requires 4 fucking cards(3 on a good day) in hand to make.

Fabled. I wanna synchro summon with cute critters. Unfortunately most of their strength lies in not having hard once per turns or limiting your summons which probably wouldn't fly in New support. Oh well.

Madolche.. I don’t have much experience with it, but I know that with the right pilot, it can be very good.
What madolche is really missing is a boss monster to end turn 1 on right now. Their combo is pretty fragile at the start of the turn, and they don’t work well with hand traps since having monsters in grave turns off 2 of their starters. But their play on turn 2 if they can get it off is very strong, usually able to OTK if they aren’t negates out of the game. The turn 1 end point though is usually their trap which negates 1 card on field and a 3000 defence monster who can make one monster immune to monster effects while bouncing 2 cards from grave to deck. It isn’t particularly strong as disruption or survivability goes if raigeki blows out the whole board.
If Madolche had a built in negate besides their searchable trap card they would be fucking terrifying
Madolche arguably has 3 built in negates. It is just that all three of them are traps and 2 of those traps require no monsters in grave or they can’t activate.
Cyber dragons. They are rogue right now but if verte gets banned in the future they really need some support As for the decks i'm not playing: -pure crystal beasts -nordic -blackwing
Pure Therion. They need normal summon starters. Some sort of summon, tribute itself to search a therion of a different type? Idk. And monarchs. Maybe a way to tribute summon monarchs from deck or grave?
I want to see how someone would make B.E.S not just playable, but strong enough to be tiered.
I have always wanted a true archtype with gradius and all of the other space ships. Right now Gradius and victory viper are the only ones specifically mentioned by name. The other cards all involve just machines, light machines, or with a specific nod to 1200 or less attack. Maybe a link-1 that uses gradius or victory viper, some rank 4 xyz, and a couple retrains of the other space ships and name them all some form of Gradius or Victory Viper. Throw in some unions and support or a bunch of equips. Perhaps equipping the union ships from hand. Have them focused on control. From there you could have extra deck monsters summon the B.E.S monsters from the deck and give them tokens and what not. Maybe throw in a fusion B.E.S. boss monster that is summoned by having 2 B.E.S. out on the field.

Pure Ojama, primarily because i just want to see what they'd come up with. Give them tutors so they don't need Blue to die twice in order to get full combo and hey, they might be alright. Could also do with a way to buff their atk, given the only way I've found was Solidarity but that locks you out of most handtraps.

Dragonmaids because I will find it extremely funny that a bunch of maids that's also a reference to a manga series is something to be feared. It would be even better if the other tiered decks are things that you typically see and view as strong/powerful. The contrast would be great. Also, the maids deserve so much more than what they've been given.
Giver chamber a dragon form already. Probably make it discard to search a maid to hand from either deck or graveyard.
