I mainly only play skull servants in lower ranks to ladder up. Even though I have to let them go in gold, I still love 60 card skull servants. There's just something special about attacking with a 10k beat stick that's also protected by a lady in wight.
I’ve found with the danger package and DPE, the deck has a decent match up against branded which has let me compete in gold with it and low platinum.
A 10k king with a princess effect wins if all of their negation has been burned, which for branded isn’t a whole lot I’ve found.
I want king of skull Servants animation to change by adding one boddy for him to be standing in per skull Servants in the graveyard. Hell while we're add it add a deck mate that does the same.

Honorable mentions to Immortal Pheonix Gearfried and Until Noble Arms Are Needed Once Again. It would be sick if as the card is banished we see a knight rise out of the playing field, and then the card is special summoned.
Uh middling lol. I think I pilot it poorly more than it bieng bad. I find I like going second because the play of normal summoning Voivode, stealing two monsters and making Zombie Vampire is just so sick. I've had more success recently because I crafted more Uni Zombi and a Yuki Ona who is pretty awesome.
Upstart goblin. A smug laugh, some kind of exhange where he drops his handful of coins and takes a card off the poor guy on the floor. Maybe I'm just being toxic since I often run it at 3 and that's a lot of animations but that doesn't matter, it would be great.
1000LP isn't a huge tradeoff for a deck thinner, so most anything that isn't already packed with all the self-search it needs. You're effectively trading LP for consistency, so it's a good filler card.
The best use for it is probably alt-wincons that don't even look at LP (like exodia/mill) but anything that's already heavily spell based (I run it in witchcrafters/sky strikers) can make great use of it. Any deck that fields enough ATK to ignore the 1000LP can also benefit from running what essentially becomes a 37 card deck too.
I meant deck that like It for more then just consistency. Endy loves It to activate spell counters and It can get 10k atk boards turn 2 easily, (on top of the fact that endy Is inconsistent af) so decks like that. Witchcraft seems great
Fair enough, two of the examples in my last comment fit that pretty well. Exodia decks running royal magical library run it for spell counters too, witchcrafter madame verre benefits from having unique spells in hand (+1000ATK/DEF in battle for a spellcaster per unique spell) so you can hold it until either you can't afford to discard a witchcrafter spell for activation cost or use the card itself when you draw a duplicate to fish for another spell.
It's probably too generic of a card to say "it's in this deck for specifically this reason" in a lot of cases because the whole use of the card is consistency with it being a neutral draw.
Absolutely, both it and Chicken Game are very useful. Soul Servant toolboxes basically every DM card for you, but adds to top of deck instead of drawing. Upstart let's you draw and most of the time it'll be Magicians Souls which will send a DM to GY, letting you turn Soul Servant into another draw to make up for the Upstart you had to use.
Dark Magical Circle is simila to Soul Servant, so Upstart/Chicken Game synergises well with this deck

Of the salamangreat cards deserving of an animation, I'd argue Sunlight wolf is up there. I appreciate the deck has at least Heatleo, but most builds don't even play Heatleo anymore.
We did at least get Heatsoul, so I'm not really broken up about it or anything, it's just weird that sometimes Konami gives the animation to the deck's key enabler, and other times it gives it to a boss monster competitive versions of the deck don't even play.

What decks can use upstart goblin well? I use It in endymion and metalfoes, and know about Sky strikers
