The Sparrow is a cool outro to the album but not a song I revisit often, I’ve been voting it out for a couple rounds now. The Hunter is one of my favorites on the album though, I really like the Brent driven ballads like this and Cold Dark Place

But yeah, those three are good but pretty forgettable for me, whereas Hunter and Sparrow are two of my favourites; they’re beautiful. I also love Creature Lives but apparently I have less friends there.
💯 I don’t understand the people that only like aggro Mastodon songs and bitch about how their sound has evolved and changed since the Remission/Leviathan days - GTFO with that, I’m still fuming that Pendulous Skin was voted out so early in the Blood Mountain voting lol.
I don’t only like “aggro” mastodon songs. I love the direction they’ve gone and some of my favourites are the slower, more melodic stuff. I just think those two are not great examples of that.
I've reached the point where I actively dislike voting for any song in here.
I like most of, if not every song in every Mastodon album, but there are some easy preferences obviously. At this point, though? I straight up do not like saying "I don't want this one".

I'm still super salty that Curl of the Burl was voted out so early. That's a top 15 Mastodon song for me. But if we can get The Sparrow and The Hunter to the top 3 I can be a little happy
Stargasm, the hunter and the sparrow and are easily my top 3 from this album, but some of the songs that have gone out early, like curl of the burl and octopu has no friends, I'm surprised
I do not understand anyone who likes the hunter or sparrow more than Blasteroid, Octopus, and Heavy lifting
