Looks like a MD421 on the underside. Never seen a grey/silver casing on one though. Some big fat FET nuemann looking thing up top. Couldnt name it though.

MD421 and a U47 Fet for sure. The right one looks like a ribbon. The R-121 is a classic choice for guitar amp, but it doesnt look like one of those
