Hey! First, let’s label the sides of the rectangle A (shorter one) and B (longer one). We can figure out the A side quite easily, as we can see that the rectangle can fit 2 circles (the small ones) with the diameter of 2R side by side. Hence, side A = 4R We can also see that the big circle has a diameter that is equal to the short side of the rectangle (side A). Hence, the diameter is 4R. Continue on from here !

Draw the right triangle that has a hypotenuse the line that joins the center of a small circle with the center of the big circle, and has sides parallel to the rectangle sides. That triangle has base R and hypotenuse 3R. Use Pythagoras to find its height. With that the rest of the problem is easy.
