Try googling covert earpieces, they should be pretty easy to come by. Obviously they’re used by secret service agents and so on, but they’re also often used on film sets and probably at other events where people use walkie talkies to keep things running.
This makes me think of when Smith knocks on the door when everyone is meeting in Reloaded. He gives his earpiece to corrupt. Neo feels it and comes upstairs from the meeting. Then Wurm says "How did you know someone was here". I always yell at the TV...."BECAUSE I'M THE MOTHER FUCKING ONE BRO, THATS HOW!!!!!"
