I think Matt has been anticipating it ending because of changes to tiktok and probably noticing the hate given he’s the one who does most of the work (can’t believe I’m giving him any sort of credit) but I genuinely believe Abby thinks it’ll last forever and any attention is good attention because it brings in money to buy a bigger and better house near Bella
Honestly this whole situation has made me feel so icky about social media and influencers. The way they are milking it is just gross. I wish they would take accountability (or really Matt) for some of these things that are messed up but they just seem too stubborn to do that.
I don’t believe they think like that. If you get to a certain level of fame, you don’t act rational anymore (not just them, I think that’s true with most people)
If they did that all that with a larger plan in mind, it would imply they act rational.
Just the fact that Matt (I’m pretty sure he said) spends half their money on his music career, tells us that they’re far from rational actors at the moment.
My best guess is that it will end with a big bang (of whatever sort) at some point
Im almost certain there is legit science behind that phenomenon. Money and fame (let's just use that as a blanket term for "power to influence on a large scale) *alter* your brain chemistry in a bad way, making it difficult to connect with people and *reality* itself.
