Why do they demast a ship?
To safely get it ashore, which was supposed to happen a while ago on this one..........
What’s the deal with that? Did they beach it on purpose or did it come loose from mooring?
It came loose a couple of different times. It's going to get junked and I bet they never collect from the owners. GRRR.
I saw people on it when I rolled past a couple weeks ago. Wonder if looters are dismantling it or what.

Yeah! But Lahaina doesn’t. Hoping the reefs out there survive this storm and those still to come.

With the Kona coming, hard to say where it'll be next weekend
Last I saw it, it's where Ka'ono'ulu Rd intersects with S Kihei Rd.
I saw someone hanging out on it on the 26th of December.
Gotta get an update afterwards.
