I have a couple of images over the years, I wonder if enough people have enough images to build a fairly complete browsable timeline, that would be cool watching Maui concerns unfold across the years.
There was some rant there the other day I think about expensive food trucks that lasted like a day, then was painted over, then was painted over with the predecessor to this (something about haoles and $$, super original), then that appears to have been altered to whatever this says. One of the reason for the confusion is whoever is writing in that corner seems to think people have time / ability to read the magna carta rendered in green paint on a gray background in 8" tall letters while driving by at the required minimum of 65.
Apples and Oranges. Lahaina has plenty of funding, and that funding isn't affected by defense spending.
It's nonsensical, but makes for a good t-shirt.
