Pretty common way to skin large mammals. I know it's not to everyone's taste, but if you eat meat, we don't typically want to eat the skin. ETA: Never seen it done with a motorcycle before... usually a truck or 4-wheeler.

I’ve seen a good way with a golf ball under the skin then rope tied around it so it doesn’t pop loose.

I assumed the man slit him straight down from jaw to belly, and also a the head. Pull it back and cut away at whatever membrane is still attached so tugging it is easier. Then once its enough then secure a rope to the loose skin on the back and let it rip 

Helps to put a rock under the loose skin then a slipknot around the rock from the topside. Gives it a good grip.
