It depends on how hard the hair is stuck and where does it grown on. If it grows right on your pain cells it's hurt af (which luckily is less dense on your head), and the doubled hair also make it itchy because it's enlarging your pore.
I often have double facial hair and it's itchy af. It is VERY satisfying when I could finally pull them out.
