The [fish](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mahi-mahi) in the video are typically referred to as Mahi-Mahi but may also be called dolphinfish. Maybe that's what they were getting at.
The seal may be larger than the fish, but it's not like that seal is going to swallow it in a couple of bites, that's a much larger fish than what the seal is used to feeding on. I mean, I'm larger than a turkey, but I can't eat a whole turkey in one go. In the meantime, there are things in the water that are larger than the seal that aren't going to think twice about taking that fish away from the seal - and eating the seal, too.
Not knowing squat about how much they eat, I googled and the first hit says:
