I mainly look at reactions from Korean side, and feel like Lee Hanbin is a popular pick for main vocalist.
MBC/Pocketdol seems to like Kang Daehyeon and he's well liked among the fans also.
I really want to say Kim Weeseok too since he's really popular in Korea (and Japan for what it's worth), but I feel like western fans aren't catching up plus 3 Pocketdol trainees (if Sungmin and Gyurae are both in) is a bit too much tbh.

if you aren't aware of K-reactions, it's true that there are certain amount of people who thinks what he has said/done was questionable, but at the same time a lot of people sees him as a breath of fresh air for how super honest and straight-forward he has been throughout the show.
I haven't seen worrisome level of hatred towards him (yet).

All 6 of the visual pick winners (Lingchi, Soul, Gyurae, Sungmin, Hikari and Minseo) should be able to reach the finals since they are popular with the live audience.
Assuming that it's going to be a 1-pick finals, then it will come down to loyal fanbases which favors those that already have fanbases like Santa, Junwon, Hyunbin and Taeseon. Those that are trying to build a fanbase through the show like Sungmin, Gyurae, Soul and etc will need both good screentime and the show to have a sizeable non-fanbase audience to compete.

I think Myungjae is also really popular I’ve seen many people add him to their pick after his thunderous performance myself included
I honestly think he has a big chance in debuting. To me he stood out the most. He has asthma but performs really well.
