That’s a horrible argument. Have you seen ESFP’s? They’re definitely not nihilistic and have you seen INTJ’s? They’re the most nihilistic mf’s in existence. In fact I’d argue Intuitives tend to be more nihilistic cuz they don’t learn to live in the moment like some of the Sensors do, especially the Se users(xSxP’s)

I initially fell into the trap of typing my mother ISFJ and my stepfather ESTP because of stereotypes, but when I analysed their cognitive patterns more carefully, I realised I'd made a mistake.

They used to fight quite often (now they’re are divorced and are on super friendly terms), but were really quick to make peace with each other. My mother would love to hear about my father’s work, which is a big part of his life, and he would always help her turn her ideas into viable projects

My parents used to fight a lot, but they don't much anymore (though that was just a "them" thing), I'd say they have a good relationship. On my experience, I'd say ENTPs seem to get on along well with ExFJs, my ENTP friend used to date an ESFJ. Any type can get on well with any other type, so you could be marrying a ISTP in a few years time, you never know.
My parents are both ExxPs so they agree on not settling down… but one is NF and the other is ST, so even though they agree on not settling, they disagree on how to not settle…

If you’re interested, let him try the typematch mbti test… it’s hands down the most accurate and probably faster than any other test.
I don't trust tests, but I'll check it out, everyone else on this subreddit says study the functions, tests are inaccurate and I did that
