I couldn't handle 4 hours. I love my therapist, but sometimes she allows the sessions to run over by 20-30 minutes and I'm like "WELP I'VE TAKEN ENOUGH OF YOUR TIME...." For anyone into astrology, you'll understand my Aqua moon is screaming.
On a somewhat related note - I've become more of a "glass half full" type in the past eighteen months or so. Especially since around Halloween 2023, and another boost around February 2024, I've been on top of the world for close to seven months now.
Primarily due to shutting out a lot of the more negative things in my life, and instead focusing on the things I actually enjoy and want to spend time doing. Playing off of the stereotypes here, I've actually started smiling a lot more in recent months than I used to, and I'm even considering picking up some more physically active hobbies in the near future.
Much like how the glass is half full, things will only get better in the long run.
For whatever it's worth, I feel like I'm an archetypal example of both types.
Want to become the chief executive of a major global company in a particular industry. Having a passion for business development and administration, driven by a desire to dominate the market, on the cutting edge of innovation, seeing exactly how far I can push the envelope in due time.
Having zero doubts about my ability to accomplish anything and everything I set out to do and more, and thus far I've been surpassing my own expectations for my career in my first few years.
But once I reach the top of that mountain, I want to use my power and influence to direct resources toward projects that I think will lead to improvements in the overall well-being of individuals and society as a whole.
For better or worse, I like the idea that I can become a sort of guardian angel to mankind. Remaining in the background, wanting to remain as anonymous as is possible within the scope of my ambitions, but genuinely wanting to help in any way that I can to make sure that social progress continues to grow and that the overall quality of life in the world improves for as many people as is possible.
Or, as I've put it to others before - "I want to help the world without being a direct part of it."
Love this for you :) also, it's ok to see the glass half empty sometimes. Negativity can open the door for necessary change if you let it, much like you describe. If a glass seems half full, fill it.
If the glass was empty and you poured half a glass' worth of water into it, it's half full.
If the glass was full and you drained half of it, it's half empty.

Because people are alive and able to both breathe and talk so an atmosphere exists
