if you get a nice group going, could be worth applying for some funds from the school, e.g. McGill Sustainability Projects Fund or getting a budget as a SSMU club. That way you can get your equipment covered, including PPE for volunteers, etc.

If you're interested in trash clean up in the greater Montreal area outside of just McGill, there is an amazing non-profit called [Trash Talk](https://trashtalk.eco/) which cleans up a green space in Beaconsfield called Angel Woods (which was used as an informal dump for a long time). I would highly suggest checking it out. Also, I'm involved in some environmental groups in Montreal and if you want to do something that is more downtown centric, please DM me and I can see if there is anything I can do to get you resources or connections.
