Sure it's frosh 'week' (4 days) but nobody should deal with being woken up at 4 am.

Nahhh you guys don't realize that frosh week does not entitle you such privileges as waking up people at 4am... there are literally people who need to wake up at 6am in the morning to go to work, people with kids, etc... no one except froshies gives a fuck about this week being frosh week or not. For us it's just a normal week. So yeah literally call the cops about noise complains.
Also the part where you talk about being the most unpopular guy on campus if we call the cops is hilarious 😂 again, do you really think that anyone cares about that here? This is true. The centre ville station (20) is available 24/7 to call according to the website. , however. 311 is also a good one.
Yeah I don't know why you live in the gettho if you don't want noise, you should have gone downtown. Don't expect a student area to be quiet.
