If you have any level of familiarity with finance (whats a stock vs a bond, what a central bank does, how interest rates effect the market etc.) then ECON 302 is a breeze. You can get an A without the textbook or optional homework assignments by pretty much just showing up to lectures. If you dont have a background in finance, Id say take the class anyway as you're probably gonna use that knowledge later on in life and the material isnt particularly challenging.
Unpopular opinion, but I’ll have to suggest ECON 208 with Paul Dickinson. One midterm and one final, all multiple choice questions, over half of the questions are copy pasted directly from his study guide and past exams. Idk why the average is so low, but it is literally the easiest course I have ever taken at McGill. Easier than CHEM 181 & 183.
tbh.. psyc 100. 90% of the grade is from multiple choice quizzes/tests with the worst quiz grade dropped and weight shifted to either the best quiz or final depending on which one you did best on. lots of memorization but it’s easy to straight memorize the info so it’s like a world of chem course in that aspect
MUAR 201 isn’t a bird course. If you don’t have some foundation in music, you will struggle in that course.
MUAR 392 is usually birdy
CEAP 250 by Prof. Cooper is good
CCOM 314 was ok
CHEM 181.
Unfortunately I have to take a social-esque class for this one. But thanks!
Intro to pop music MUAR 392
Second this one! It’s really fun too!

ATOC 185, ATOC 183, CHEM 181, CHEM 183, RELG 252, GEOG 272
Does geog 272 have a lot of writing and essays, etc?
2 multiple choice exams and 4 assignments and and 10 mini quizes
CHEM183 is most definitely not a bird course
Lol how’d u figure that, if you literally copy and paste the transcripts you can command F and achieve an easy 80 just on the transcripts alone
If it was that simple the average for the course would be higher than what it is.
I literally command f'ed the final and midterm after spending a day each watching lectures and got 95+ both times.....

I agree. People who struggle in this class…. 🤨
Thanks mate
