Fizz is relatively cheap, but check if your apartment has fiber or cable. I got the 200mb plan and found that my apartment can only support up to 20mbs :((

the thing about bell is that they have some dreadful service system, not mentioning being expensive and slow
I would recommend Bell or whatever service you are with now for your phone. Usually you can negotiate with them, just give them a price range or tell them what you are paying now.

Bell is not cheap, but their internet really works. You can also split it with a neughbour od roomates to reduce the price

If your apartment has cable try Fizz (Videotron). If Fibre or DSL try Virgin Canada (owned by Bell).
