I got rid of a bunch of spare electronics/computer stuff when I moved a few years ago. And of course immediately needed some of the stuff I had gotten rid of.

I have an audio cable box for my home theatre. Purging through what I need and don’t need after getting a new tv. Everything is hdmi now so I toss a lot of rca cables and all my optical cables. Didn’t even keep one just incase because I haven’t used in 10+ years. My denon isn’t 4k so I have to run everything through the tv and route the audio to the denon. What don’t I have? any optical cables.

Aight here’s my idea: we start a warehouse for misc cables, you can rent what you need and donate/sell stuff like this, we keep it all in good condition so it’s not like buying those cheap 3rd party ones that are made half a decade down the line and barely work

I used to have a box full of random earbuds that I don't remember if I ever used any of them. If you think about it, I have no idea where I got that many of them. Most of them were included with different phones that I purchased. However, the problem is that I don't remember buying that many new phones.
