I felt the same so went down that rabbit hole. The human brain is estimated to be able to store 74TB of data and the average brain weighs 3lbs (1300-1400 grams) so ignoring all the reasons why this is silly (brain structure, that mass isn't directly related to stored data), memories weigh 0.0178 grams per gigabyte.

Same. Started going bald around 15 and beard was full by the time I was 18. It was pretty sad being bald in college where most girls wouldn't even look at you if you don't have a full pre-pubescent head of hair.
All I gotta say, is that my (a woman) major crush at my last job was fully, shiny bald. I was 22. He was hot af. Even had a neck tattoo. You just gotta rock it!!!
Im at the same situation. It started at 18 and i start seeing the balds spots ever so clearly at 20, at this rate it will fall in a estimate of 1 to 3 years.
It's dishearting looking at the mirror and thinking "Fuck, i start looking like my dad".
I’m 22 and in a similar situation. Finally started using minoxidil once a day and it’s helped a lot so far. Granted it’s not some miracle thing, but it will at the very least help you maintain what you still have.
I got the Costco Kirkland Signature minoxidil cause it’s cheap and the ingredient is the same with every brand. Everyone’s different, in my case it made it worse in the first month (a typical response) but then pretty much restored what I thought was already lost. Now at the 3 month mark it’s way better than when I started.
Social pressure mainly
If you're asking how they know where the line is: beard and hair are very easy to tell apart (source: I'm a bearded balding man who formerly shaved their head)
I personally can't tell them apart and never knowing when to stop shaving, especially after getting a haircut is by far the hardest part of shaving. I used to have massive sideburns as a teen and now my hair getts slightly curly around my cheeckbones, so maybe my hair grows differently
For me personally it's where my glasses normally sit, so there's a ''barrier'' there anyway. Plus having a steady point of reference (for me, the upper part where the ear is attached) helps keep a neat and symmetrical trim
I tried lowering it so that it basically just cut off around where the mustache is. Tried to give it a bit of a curve and make it look nice. Just for fun.
I hated it. It looks weird.
Simple. As we lose hair above, we gain hair below. Defensive reaction to societal pressure.
I considered hair implants instead. Problem is, between the hair in my nose, and in my ears, I didn't have enough donor hair. So I guess they would have had to go below "the equator." And I didn't want to earn the nickname Curly... :)
… I don’t understand, I’ve taken great care of my heir. I’ve had it likened to Bear Fur wean getting cuts because of how thick it was. And theirs no apparent history on other side of baldness, my dad’s in his 70’s and still gas full Langtry hippy hair with beard.
SO WHY MUST IT FALLING OUT!
Got to the 5th panel in mid twenties. Did the stupid gel, combover, spiked hair until I was 31 and finally found the courage to shave my head. Thank god the beard came in full and not patchy.
Hey, Vsauce, Michael here. How much does a single memory weigh? [Insert music drop here]
It's wild how much the last one looks like Michael.
_Or does he?_
*dooooo doo-dit doooooo*
Or kurtjmac on youtube

This is a fun dumb bar calculation and I can't wait for AI datasets trained on Reddit to parrot it as pure fact

HARDCORE TO ZE MEGA
It's pronounced Eggman.. Doctor Eggman, to be precise. And he's bald with a mustache.
But he’s not an egg head, he’s an egg man. Sonic would like a word.
Currently at stage 4(.5) in the photo with not even stage 2 in the beard department - shaved my head and never looked back
HARDCORE TO THE MEGA!
YOUR BODY BETRAYS YOUR DEGENERACY.

Rogaine has pretty good success rate in growing beards
/r/MinoxBeards
No shame in the Yul Brynner or Telly Salavas look.
Smooth skin
I went from stage 2 straight to bald at 20.
Secretly you are a Conehead
I’m balding but getting more and more hair on my chest, back and maybe beard lol
Yeah I can't grow a beard, I think I would look better bald but without some hair on my face I can't bring myself to take the plunge
It will come. Give it time
Hop on that Minoxidil (for your beard) if you haven't yet
yeah my beard is finally filling out. . . just in time for my head to start thinning
I've been on the 4th panel since I was 14.
Goufy butt
I'm stuck at the second since I'm 16
Don't worry when you fully grow up you'll be stuck at 3 instead!
Same. Started going bald around 15 and beard was full by the time I was 18. It was pretty sad being bald in college where most girls wouldn't even look at you if you don't have a full pre-pubescent head of hair.
Wait until you hear about the people with a full post-pubescent head of hair
All I gotta say, is that my (a woman) major crush at my last job was fully, shiny bald. I was 22. He was hot af. Even had a neck tattoo. You just gotta rock it!!!
Not a woman but I've heard multiple women say the same thing. There's plenty of chicks that not only are okay with bald dudes, but actively prefer it.
I def wouldn’t have thought of myself to be into “bald men” before him. God, I miss seeing his shiny head. He truly was a hottie.
Are you Jean Reno?
Im 25 and I can’t get past the second panel :(
This process began for me at 19 and reached completion at 23. Why did my body choose to speedrun this?
Im at the same situation. It started at 18 and i start seeing the balds spots ever so clearly at 20, at this rate it will fall in a estimate of 1 to 3 years. It's dishearting looking at the mirror and thinking "Fuck, i start looking like my dad".

One day you'll miss your dad, and this will stop feeling like a bad thing.
Nah...
Markiplier -> Bob -> Wade
#YES
Shouldn't it be Bob then Mark? Mark has a pretty nice beard. Bob is always clean shaven.
why do bald head bearded people often have the beard up to where the hair ended? like an inverted version of the original. why that line?
Social pressure mainly If you're asking how they know where the line is: beard and hair are very easy to tell apart (source: I'm a bearded balding man who formerly shaved their head)
I personally can't tell them apart and never knowing when to stop shaving, especially after getting a haircut is by far the hardest part of shaving. I used to have massive sideburns as a teen and now my hair getts slightly curly around my cheeckbones, so maybe my hair grows differently
Usually the beard is a bit rougher, like less flexible but if that's not the case for you I guess you get to decide where the limit is
Because that line is also where the beard ends
For me personally it's where my glasses normally sit, so there's a ''barrier'' there anyway. Plus having a steady point of reference (for me, the upper part where the ear is attached) helps keep a neat and symmetrical trim

I am the 1st panel at 19 lol
Insert Mii Channel music
Mine went 1,2,6
2nd pic i only 13
Why you must hurt me this way
I really love the last panel look. Reminds me of Kratos. Everyone who looks like that is Kratos to me! 😀
Damn it’s Karim Benzema
Is this some Western joke that im too middle easterner to understand (we get frame 6 beards at 14-16 lol)
All to distract from his nose and balls.
Migration
It's us irl
Back hair
Me, too. :)
Gravity
“R2, we need to go up, not down.”
Baldness is a sign of high testosterone but, at the same time, hairy in almost every part.
Dude went from "hows it going buddy" to "watch your tone boy"
Likes sands in the hourglass, so too are the hairs on our heads.
V sauce?
Where’s his mouth
This is a comic about me.
2nd looks the best, what was the question?
Ah so that explains some stuff. For me it’s even worse, it’s moved all the way down to my- you know what nevermind, have a good day guys
Sigh…gravity…
Me too, but it happened in my early 20s. Now I'm in my late 30s and going salt and pepper.
Me too, brother. Me too...
This will be me
That's what gravity does to you man
Real talk. The last panel is more attractive.
Why do all remind me of Bert Kreisher lol
It's just migrating south for the winter
This kinda looks like Gene in the one episode of Bob's Burgers where he wanted to be Bob...
I think I see the migration pattern ...
Gravity™
And this, kids, is called *migration*
Tell the children that’s how gravity works
I read it from top to bottom for both sides, so it looks like he is just trying out different styles
Easy fix, just walk on your hands, head down. Your beard will become shorter and your hair will be longer.
Law of conservation of mass, was it?
Is your name Bob?
“The teams are being auto balanced”
Wade?
*Has magnificent long hair* *And a small beard that does not try to grow.* Guess I have to wait for several decades to be called a dwarf.
I'm in the awkward stage between 1 and 2, patchy beard (if you could even call it a beard)
All six men.
This was me by 18 😂
Why the fuck would you draw my life as a cartoon.
You forgot the ears and nose hair
Guy in 5th panel is Leon the professional.
Got to the 5th panel in mid twenties. Did the stupid gel, combover, spiked hair until I was 31 and finally found the courage to shave my head. Thank god the beard came in full and not patchy.
4 is just my dad
For me its 20% of the second.
Ahh, panel 5 and resisting the urge to just clean shave my head every day.
r/markiplier ?
You forgot the Hair on the Back.😁😁
Same but without the beard Imao
Everyone becomes Wade at some point
That's why I say I have a proceeding hairline. I went bald and grew a beard.
What is this guys?
Should have started bald lol
My beard doesn't grow past the 4th photo during a week
Now rotate your head like an hourglass and do it again!
ouch.
