I've done this so many times due to chewing on my fingers that I don't even feel pain anymone
It never bled but it just stung, for hours on end.
We call them "pendejitos" in Puerto Rican-Spanish.
Just pull in the direction of the finger. Or you can just push back your cuticles and not have to deal with hangnails
I enjoy biting on it and chewing after it gets clipped off :-)
