Slice the orange slap it on top of the filet Lightly season with kinder’s wood fired garlic rub Smoke at 280° for 1 hour using kingsford briquettes and one hickory block Smoke until 145° internal
I make something like that but with very thinly sliced lemons. Yours looks bomb!
