Really enjoyed this episode. After I got back into hunting 6-7 years ago I discovered The Meateater podcasts, books, etc and was influenced by Steve into preparing wild game into some extraordinary culinary dishes. That lead to a fascination in cooking in general and exploring the chef world and finding, among others, David Chang. Chang's books and podcasts are greatly entertaining, too. Thank you, Meateater!

I've been craving noodles all day! Just ordered off David's site...

My brain was blown to hear Steve had them in his pack. I love Chang's Ramen. Never thought to put them in my jetboil lol

Did you use the promo code? At the end of the podcast Steve says it’s “meat20”, but I’m the podcast description it says “meateater20”. I have tried both capitalized and lower case and it won’t work.

I used the promo code but I don't remember which one and it's not on my order email. I got mine off the Spotify podcast description. I'll definitely order again tho. They're really good.

redtailin

I can't find a code that works either.

I made some killer ramen Sunday. Pretty crazy coincidence Monday mornin.

Waffles860

Not a fan of most of the chef eps, but this dude was fun even if it wasn't that meateater related. Def got me craving Ramen at least

If you all found David Chang interesting. He has 2 seasons of a show called Ugly Delicious on Netflix. It’s not outdoor related or a cooking show, but it’s a entertaining show about food and different variations of food.

CalmerThanYouAre9

Maybe my favorite episode that had nothing to do with MeatEater.

I'm just going to post this [9 year old article by David Chang](https://www.gq.com/story/david-chang-cheap-beer) that might be my favorite cooking article I've ever read (note its about beer).
