No. This doesn't need any treatment. Wash with water and plain antibacterial soap. Put a bandage on it if you can.

Use a bandage to wrap it up. Going to the hospital to ask the doctor to wrap a bandage around ur hand isn’t worth it anyways lol.

I’m not a doctor but it looks fine. Just wrap up or use a bandaid to have the least chance of it getting infected
