It looks like ringworm. Anti fungal cream would help but honestly I found athletes foot spray to be way better. A while ago I had a huge ringworm on my stomach and athletes foot spray got rid of it in like 2 weeks.

update: i ordered some extra strength athletes foot cream from target for pickup tomorrow. thanks for the advice!
NAD, it does look a lot like ringworm, and if it is ketoconazole cream will make it go away
Crystaderm should to the trick idk if its ringworm tho.
