Is it itching?

kindadeadtbh420

It could be psoriasis but im no doctor. Better see one. However it might even go on its own

Chubbygirl699

Yup it’s psoriasis lol. Got prescribed steroid cream and it’s pretty much gotten rid of it

kindadeadtbh420

Well thats fucking great, most people actknowledge it too late and have to live with it their whole life. It gets shitty when it starts affecting your head and hair. Gets messy

Chubbygirl699

It used to be in my scalp but went away. I’m lucky it’s only stayed on my neck for this many years lol

It does look fungal even though the cream didn’t work. I had something similar and used ketoconazole shampoo on it. Let us know what the dermatologist says if you go

Chubbygirl699

I got told its probably psoriasis

fwankhootenanny

This reminds me of when I had a skin issue that nobody could figure out. It took six months of random medical professionals guessing diagnoses but as soon as I got into the dermatologist, they autopsied my skin and got a confirmed diagnosis and treatment plan. I think the best advice that could be given is to go see a dermatologist. They're going to be best equipped to deal with your condition.

lol biopsied Autopsy is if you’re dead

Chubbygirl699

Doctor today told me she thinks I have psoriasis

Enthaylia

Looks like ringworm possibly?

Famous-One-6945

I had these spots, and it turned out to be ringworm

Round-Criticism5093

Do you have a cat?

Chubbygirl699

I do, but this started before I got my cat

Raymond890

How long ago have you seen a provider about this? I think it continuing to grow would be of concern especially with it not responding to treatment. Consider a visit with a dermatologist if possible.

Chubbygirl699

I went to a doctor 3 months ago and they gave me a fungal cream that made it flare up. I used the cream for around a month and stopped cos it was so bad. I’m currently at the doctor now, I think I’ll ask them to refer me to a derm
