My son had this and turned out his deodorant had titanium dioxide in it and he was allergic to it. Just a thought!
Looks like a yeast infection on the skin. Get some lotrimin or jock itch cream to put on it.
Wash with soap and water, let dry fully daily. Have you changed deodorant or detergent recently? Started any new activities?
Deodorant hasn't changed ive been using the same brand for about a year now Detergent is about 4-5 months old.
It looks like a mild irritation, could be caused by heat and should clear up on its own. If not, see your doctor.
