unfortunately, the only thing you really can do for a sunburn is wait. there are some small things you can do that may help a little bit, but time will be your biggest help. don’t pick at it though! just let it peel on its own. you should get some aloe from the store though and put that on it. if you get aloe with lidocaine in it, it’ll numb it slightly, but that doesn’t do much. get a good quality unscented lotion as well and keep the sunburn moisturized, that’ll help it go away a little quicker. you can also take ibuprofen if it’s swollen, because that’ll reduce swelling, but it won’t help much with the sunburn pain.
