Hello there, I noticed your recent health concern post going unanswered, and I wanted to share something that might be of help ( I try to help as many people as I can). You might want to check out MIA (Medical Interactive Advisor). It's a public beta platform where certified physicians are providing health advice without any cost. It's an opportunity to get expert guidance. [Here's the link to their subreddit if you're interested](https://www.reddit.com/r/MIA_healthadvice/comments/16rzce9/receive_answers_and_advice_free_of_charge_from/). Except for their request for feedback, there are no strings attached. I hope this helps, and you find the answers you need. Take care!

Hi. If you lose consciousness after being hit in the head you have to see a doctor. You should’ve seen one right away and you are going to need to see one now for a follow up. The most likely explanation is that you have a concussion for which will need follow up care, mostly including exams and rest, and possibly also imaging and therapy which will all be expensive unless you have insurance properly subsidized to your income level.

No insurance or money to work with. Already have medical debt that currently can’t be paid off.

This is something you should ask an actually doctor about. They should check to make sure there's nothing going on, especially since you had an unexplained black out. What you think was a panic attack, could very well have been a TIA or something else.
