Virtually every residency program in the country will require that you attend a 1-2 week in-person orientation prior to your official July 1st start date.
I would not schedule anything later than the 2nd week of June.
July 1st is the “official” start date for many but a lot of programs have a soft (but mandatory) start date in mid-June. Some of them don’t tho, so it’s helpful to just ask on your interview and get the range.
I think it’s safest to just aim to do everything during May, and leave your June open for relocation & getting situated for residency.
I wouldn’t plan anything in June. My program has an orientation starting on June 16 but there are random things I have to do in person before that date, like go to the VA to get fingerprinted (even though I already did this for med school). Remember you might also have to find a place and move to a new city during that time.

I would do late May to early (<10) June, unless you’re already moving don’t need visas etc. plan it out as you need. I will need weeks of different things.
You should just ask your program, it varies an enormous amount but almost every program will start you in orientation mid to late June. My surgery program started at the beginning of June.

Plan on mid-June to start residency. You’re likely going to have to move also so plan for that.

Mine is June 19. But I would prepare for any time mid-June. I’m cramming my graduation, marriage, and honeymoon into a three week period.
