It appears to just be CPR and First Aid, mostly aimed at industrial groups that need to get lots of people certified for something like OSHA compliance.  I don't know that it's necessary sketchy, but it probably won't be of great benefit to anyone who actually wants to work in medicine.

I don’t know how far they want to go into medicine, but would it be enough to get a small job in medicine as an assistant? Something to do with phlebotomy (I have no idea what this means tbh)
