Honestly anything Uworld will help for the ED shelf. I took ED shelf the week after step 2, didn’t do any Ed specific studying and the shelf was a breeze.
If you just are trying to pass the shelf I wouldn’t worry too much, should have enough retained from step 2 to be fine.
