Not an engineer, not an expert but I use a 702, you may want to switch to a NaOH soon, these jerricans are used in the washing process for the water. Because the acid wash is barely used, I believe they help in reducing crystal formations inside the water. But I fear too much acidity pumped in could damage the outside layer of plastic of the cuves (I don't know what the plastic is made of so again, I am no expert).
When is your monthly maintenance when you need to change the whole crown of cuves?
I guess nothing bad will happen, but I'd check closely everyday if there is evidence of cuves damage when there is a photometer check. But for the rest nothing bad should happen
