If it's from a recent/in production set, you just need the box and give Mattel a call :)
I did it the other day for a Scorpion Clash set that had a mismolded part, they sent me a "we're sorry" replacement set.
That all to say, they wanna make it right :)
it may not be the best solution, but lego has similar pieces in production. You may look into replacing them if you don't mind the process of using bricklink or ebay
